I can see where the decision came from, but I don't agree with it.

I believe 2+2 has no responsibility to give rights or access to people who have actively damaged the community as Zima undoubtedly did. If the thread had to be edited to get him paid, that's fine with me - getting him paid is primary.

I just don't see how zima can be anything but a detriment to the 2+2 community now, and any thread he participates in is going to be derailed by someone saying "why isn't this dude banned?". Of course, I'd turf out Weisner and quite a few others on the same rationale.

I would suggest that Mike_McDee's thread about DNegs' bracelet bet should be merged into the Negreanu containment thread.

In the "WSOP angle shooter" thread there was a discussion going on between a mod and a persistent and somewhat annoying poster. It seems a bit wrong to me that the last post in the thread is the mod throwing his hands in the air and saying OK this thread is now closed.
Perhaps the thread had indeed run its course, but the concept seems wrong to me for the mod who is in the discussion to close the thread.

Many mods are capable of compartmentalizing their roles. There's no reason to think that his decision to close the thread had anything to do with him being a contributor to the discussion.

The Torelli thread shouldn't have "alleged" in the title.

- Had a 5k chip hidden behind stack
- Secretly added on and went north with another 5k chip
- Added second 5k chip on top of first one, both behind stack
- Lied to Wolf by saying "The chips were here" and showing that the chips were in front of his stack, when they weren't
- Lied to the floor saying he just won the orange chips that blocked the 5ks, totally false
- Said he's left handed and that's why they were hidden (makes no sense)

gawd so much this. I don't spend much time on 2p2 but i swear every time I read a somewhat interesting thread in nvg at least half of each page is full of sages just walls of text. I don't know how someone would have that much time to be able to write essays in every single thread. Even more embarrassing is I don't know how to put someone on ignore because I've never found the need to, until now. Can someone kindly explain me how to make that happen. You'd think as many people that openly talk about ignoring him he would get the hint, but I sense he's the type that gets off on that type of stuff and so when he's asked to post less he shows us all who's boss and posts more.

click their name above any post. that will take you to the necesary page. find the "user lists" tab and select ignore. it will ask you again, and you say ok.

Go to My2+2 and click on edit options. On the left you will find, in green, Settings & Options. Click on Edit Ignore List below that.
