Please unban PSUMike. I understand why he is temp-banned, but every time he posts it is painfully obvious how twisted his thinking really is. People pointing this out to him might actually help- or not.

He's not temp-banned, that's just because I modded on my phone and it's the only thing that shows up.

And posting on this site isn't a right. I would say that there was indeed something about him that shouldn't be on 2p2, and it had nothing to do evading the profanity filter or posting spam.

i was temp-banned for something I didn't even do. Reason stated was making posts about providing instructions on how to VPN with linux. I never posted such thing nor have I ever even VPN using Linux.

please moderate the mods. hang the culprit.

The fact that I wrote the same as him worries me. A lot.

All of that seems fair enough, but it seems unreasonable that there can be an open thread about him in which people can say whatever they like, but he has no right to reply.

Because the site owners want there to be a filter, and they want users to post in accordance with the filter.

Probably has a lot to do with ad revenue, but whatever the reason, this is directly from the site owners.

As to PSUMike, there is no absolute right to respond to comments about you, on the internet or otherwise. I'd personally like the thread to die but I also don't want the AIDS to spread to other threads just because the people in there still want to yap about it.

It probably should be closed just because it sucks, though.

You get a personal message (PM) if you are warned or infracted. Deletions do not automatically result in an infraction.

'thedrogs' has rightly been banned for the false Padraig Parkinson thread. It is extremely suspicious that he was also asking people to PM him for funeral details. Was he setting up a scam? I'm not sure how IP checks work on here, but can mods see from his IP address what other accounts use the same IP, or do you actually need to compare two accounts to see if IPs match?

I looked at it when it first came up. He had a single IP that locates to Dublin, which gave him a bit of authenticity. No matches to any other member.

Was there any disciplinary action taken against Jamie Platinum, the mod who used Borovetz's private email in order to attempt to have him disqualified from a freeroll that he was invited to?

Since the only person who can take disciplinary action against a mod is Mat Sklansky, that sounds like a good question to ask him directly. I doubt he reads this thread.

The thread ended up getting stupid towards the end with random accounts making claims that would be hard to verify.

Yet, I think the OP and the topic is something everyone should be aware of and add their 2cents. Maybe you could change the title (if its considered offensive).

The overall evidence of ivey beating some of the best limit and no limit players during the ft era and the shadiness and complete abuse of power of that company and his high involvement. Ivey isn't beating anyone online anymore.

The biggest winner in online poker in history could be a cheater and after many yrs of playing online and high stakes and being relatively unbiased and having to make a judgement based on the evidence present I would say its highly probable but I can't prove that and it is just my opinion. I just don't think you are doing justice by locking the thread.

I have no idea what David Skalansky or privateworld or Mason Malmuth even are talking about half the time they post related to that thread and I don't want to know. Whoever owns 2p2 is doing a good job but that thread should not be locked -- maybe just highly modded. Thanks for reading. My 2c.
