Can someone please have a look at my account? I have been sending countless emails to try and get this resolved but no one seems to understand what I am saying. I AM SAYING, I CANNOT EVEN ACCEPT THE DEAL ME IN BONUS. IT DOES NOT APPEAR IN MY BONUS ACCOUNT! At the FTP client, when I went to requests -> Check my Bonus Offer, it states "We're sorry, but you do not currently have any bonus offers." I have also checked and verified at the "Iron Man Challenge Mid Year Bonus Page" that I DID NOT qualify for the Iron Man Mid-Year Bonus. CAN SOMEONE JUST HAVE A LOOK AT MY ACCOUNT AND SEE HOW I CAN ACCEPT THE DEAL ME IN BONUS AND GET IT TO EVEN JUST APPEAR IN MY BONUS ACCOUNT?

I REPEAT!! IT DOES NOT APPEAR IN MY BONUS ACCOUNT!!!

Super annoying that support@fulltiltpoker.com just replies with custom emails. Some don't address the queries at all. One reads: We checked your account as you asked us to, however all seems to be ok. Can you clarify on the part where you said "all seems to be ok?" At the FTP client, when I went to requests -> Check my Bonus Offer, it states "We're sorry, but you do not currently have any bonus offers." In my Bonus Account, it also does not appear. So how can I accept the bonus? Does this see, to be all ok to you?

it's probably because you have a mid year bonus to clear first. go promotion(web)/on the left click iron man/scroll down and find the link to your mid year bonus

Yeah I'm in the same boat as you, I've emailed like you and got the same responses as you, but I did get one that they have forward my email to department. Can't remember the exact words but you get the drift.

no sorry, I didn't forward the email, ftp support forwarded it to some department they didn't state what department. Also no it hasn't I will see if they email me today and if not I will email them tomorrow morning to see what's up. BTW the forwarded 24 hours ago now.

lol ok I got my first Edge rakeback payment today (Thursday Nov 8th, it's set for Thursdays) but I just clicked on "Choose Edge Reward Payday" and the days are all messed up. It says my next payment is Wed Nov 21st, even though it was already set to Thursdays. Also wtf, "If you click OK, your subsequent Edge Reward will be paid on Wednesday, Nov 28, 2012" even though the day selected is Thursday... just weird

I changed mine till next friday & I got paid today, functions must be buggy or not working.

Hi all,

I ave tried searching for an answer but haven't had much luck and also emailed FTP who cut and paste response from website.

Can anyone confirm for me that existing FTP who have deposited in the past, deposit now on the rereleased site will get first deposit bonus up to $600??
