That was the week before FTP shut down and the payment should have been credited to our accounts on 1/07/11 but FTP was down by that time.

Its little wonder its taking support so long to get back!!! They have like a million questions asked every few minutes!!! Most of the questions people are asking have already been answered in this thread. Support should just tell people to read through here before e-mailing them!! Then they wouldnt have to waste as much time answering the same questions and could deal with more important individual issues

You could buy items but the store is not yet up. Ring game tickets doesn't require playing very much.
