Official FTP Relaunch Thread (OP updated October 26, 2012)

Wow I requested a bank transfer withdrawal about an hour or so after relaunch yesterday. It took about 10 mins to process. Checked my bank account this morning and its already in there, ridic quick very impressed, used to take 3-4 days. Just happy to finally have my money back.

Yes. And Stars is telling me to email FTP support to find out why. So, I emailed them yesterday, and still haven't heard back.

Been away for months from 2+2 and so happy FTP is up and running with a proper company now. How good does it feel to have our money back

However still see some complaining about stuff, those people never change. Only if they remembered that they could very well have lost their money if PS had not stepped in.

yip. tested it today and cleared a fair bit of my iron man bonus. lost the ring game tickets though lol
