same issue here. Been waiting only 15 tho. Not a very big confidence booster in my eyes. I emailed them if this isnt fixed in the next hour i wont be playing there thats forsure

3 times ive logged into FTP and 3 times my computer has froze.

Was watching a table and it just froze after a few hands, the problem is .. every thing else on my computer freezes too ..even the spreadsheets i have open !

Ive had to re-start my computer on each occasion, anyone else having issues like this ?

Called 1-866-874-8900, the number for the DoJ Southern District of NY's Victim and Witness Services. Recorded greeting tells you that if you're calling about FTP / Stars, wait for an anouncement about remissions. Gaw dayum the gov't is slow.

I guess there's a lot to think about when going after big money. I don't necessarily agree that the IRS will get involved that heavily in tax fraud issues, but for the players with big balances, they aren't just going to start cutting six figure checks and tossing them into the mail nonchalantly.

I have forgot my PW and now it is asking me to validate my ID by sending in proofs of identity. Is there any way we can just mail them for our old passwords (cant see an option)

p.s I validated my ID years ago and do not have a scanner currently, so really cant be arsed with the hassle for my 80 odd bucks i think i have there.

Do the transfers from ps to ftp have a week transfer restriction like deposits on ps?
Wanna know if in future I can constantly transfer back and forth instantly.
I did a transfer this morning, cant check at work now.
