lol, so you opened a new pokerstars account (w/ is against the rules) just to get your ftp roll sooner ... and now you complain, that they locked both accounts.

maybe you shouldn't get a lawyer and get some common sense instead ^^

i doubt its for players with a $100k plus roll, as what amount of money is in someone's account or bank is their personal business, mi doubt they'd want to advertise - i wouldn't!!

those are "bullets" left, meaning if a player loses entire stack he can use another bullet to get a new one. you have those in double or triple chance tournaments i belive

Well if the money wasnt given to the players you were accused of colluding, I am sure you can get it back. They cant just keep money that isnt theirs. Even if they paid it out- you can likely still sue. I wouldnt sue for 7k, its just a waste of time but hopefully stars will make the right decisions going forward and lean towards players. I would still keep you banned since pokerstars did not seem to ban people unjustly or take money without like 99% certainty something happened. FTP seemed to do it on a hunch.

I am sure that if you keep contacting Full Tilt support they will eventually figure a way of you cashing out,maybe let you have a cheque once you have verified your details would be the fairest option. I do hope after they have cashed you out they keep up the ban on your ass though,It is funny how casually you mention collusion like it is nothing...you're like whatever.
