Are you crazy??Under what grounds would he have to take them to a small claims court?clearly states in the terms and conditions what you can and can not do clearly!. What possible reasoning could he give for ''for not being able to give his legit name'' at the time LOL. It is not like he mistakenly wrote his name wrong,he totally entered wrong details puposely to obtain an account.

hey guys, logged into FTP tonight and my account balance is showing 0. not from the US, from Canada. I dont know what ROW is so i cant say if i have an ROW account. anyone know if other non US players have a 0 balance incorrectly?

Anywhere other than players based in the US are classed as ROW players so your balance should be there if you was due anything,need to email support... support@fulltiltpoker.com.

Not all ROW, like Estonia, Spain, etc. There's a few countries aside from the US that FTP isn't going to be serving. But the majority have their balances.

Maybe I missed it in the thread already, but does anyone know what time on the 6th FTP is to re open?

On a side note support response times right now are horribly bad, which I understand but it still sucks.
