Don't worry about not getting the email about the DMI bonus, they roll out slowly. I havent received any email yet, also paired my account and had to ask if the process was done with success because i didnt get the confirmation email and everything was ok.

Well it states on the HM site that they support FT. Also, as far as I am aware, the hand history output from FTP has not been altered so they should still work in HM 1 /2.
