for example I have 85,000 ftp that comes to 850$ @ 1.00$ is that how it works?

I am Canadian, with Canadian account which I have received reinstatement notice about. But I am currently in the US and will be until mid-December. Does that mean I can't play or take advantage of the re-launch offers?

And, of course, you can withdraw the cash bonus right away, whereas you have to play with your ticket. But with discounts they offer for the tickets it may be a good idea to actually spend FTPs this way.

No, you can not play while in the US.
