Had an issue with FTP since the relaunch - my Full Tilt Points were never reimbursed fully and despite sending probably close to 10 emails over the last few months I am still no nearer to actually knowing if/when I will receive them. The points (about 135k) were for items ordered from the Black Card Store in June 2011 which, needless to say, were never delivered.

The only reply I did get from FTP said the following:

> Date: Sun, 16 Dec 2012 08:53:56 -0500
>
> Hello XXXXX,
>
> Upon review of your claim we have been unable to locate your order in order to verify your purchase.
>
> Can you please respond to this email using your Full Tilt Poker registered email address, and quote in your reply as many of the following details as you have:
>
> Player ID:
> Email Address:
> (Use multiple if unsure which address is registered at Full Tilt Poker)
> Country:
> Items Ordered or Won (and not delivered):
> Date of Order:
> *Order Number: (if known)
> *Please include the email sent to you as confirmation of your order if you still have this.
>
> Regards,

> Full Tilt Operations

The following day I replied with all of the information requested, and despite sending 3 more emails in the 40ish days that have passed have heard nothing back at all.

Has anyone experienced any similar issues? Can't understand quite how shockingly poor the support has been in dealing with what would seem to me to be a very simple and clear cut case.

While trying to withdrawl:

"We could not establish a secure connection to the server. Click Retry or contact Customer Support at support@fulltiltpoker.com and include this error message in your email"

What the heck?! Anyone?

It's just the same for me, I sent them all the information multiple times, after not getting any sort of reply I contacted the guys here on 2+2, here's Shyam's PM:

Quote:
Hi Peter,

Sorry for the delayed response. We're still sorting out a couple of store issues. This will get resolved, and hopefully soon. Let me know if you don't hear anything by the end of the month and I'll be sure to follow up again.

Thanks, and sorry again for the delay in getting this all straightened out.

I wrote him another PM today, I'll post his answer as soon as I receive it!

I had the same problem. However, after 85 days they where able to solve the problem. However, they did refuse to give any compensation for the long waiting time. At the moment they are ignoring all my emails to the support, but it might be there common behaviour to answear after two-three weeks. To me it seems like the sight is as unserious as it did in 2011!

So, thanks Shyam for making it finally happen!
I wonder how much longer people will have to wait who don't contact Shyam.

Full Tilt Poker has become aware of a situation involving a violation of our Terms of Service, to the potential detriment of other players. You participated in games that were under consideration in this case and as a result you may have been adversely affected.

In a case such as this it is our policy to confiscate the balances of the offender(s) and for Full Tilt Poker to add funds where appropriate. This compensation pool is then distributed to players potentially affected in as fair a way as possible.

We have determined that you are entitled to a refund of $13.01 which has been credited to your account.

The integrity of the games at Full Tilt Poker is of paramount importance and appropriate action will always be taken when players operate outside the Terms of Service. Full Tilt Poker works hard to police the games in order to pro-actively prevent such instances. However, in cases where it is discovered that rules breaches have occurred, the aim is to ensure that any players affected are compensated appropriately.

We regret that we will be unable to answer questions as to how your specific credit amount was calculated. Likewise, we are not at liberty to identify the specific games or player(s) in question. Suffice to say that the offender(s) have been barred from the site and you will not encounter them again.

Thank you for your continued play at Full Tilt Poker. Please let us know if we can help you with any further issues or questions.

Regards,

Full Tilt Poker - Game Integrity

I've had an email like this from Stars on a couple of occasions. Probably just bog standard collusion.

Timely that you posted this. With PS and FT under same ownership, I have been wondering whether FT would start paying out sums confiscated from cheating, similar to how PS has done for years. From PS, I have been receiving many such payments, e.g. 12 or so worth $1000+ total, even a year after my last play on the site.

With FT making no such payments (perhaps until now), I was wondering whether (a) they don't catch cheating as well as PS, or (b) they catch it but keep the funds for themselves as opposed to returning it to cheated players.

Sorry if this is off topic but I'm not really sure where to post this without making a new thread.

I have tried to search but there's nothing around.

My question is, Is full tilt going to be relaunching an iPhone app anytime in the future?

FTP has issued plenty of refunds over the years, many of which are documented in this forum.

Is there really any incentive for someone to play on full tilt as oppose to pokerstars? If someone is going to play heavy volume, is there any point of playing on tilt? They still have the 27% rakeback right?

I'm talking about those who are going for SNE. Does anyone know much in rakeback you get from full tilt assuming you pay the same amount of rake on pokerstars for sngs? I know cash games are different b/c of the contributed method.

So i assume if you pay 182,000 in rake on stars for sngs/tournaments to make SNE which nets you 106k or so... that means that same 182,000 in rake you pay on tilt would get you 49,140?

Someone told me the way rakeback is calculated is different now but isn't that for cash game only?

Are my numbers right? Also how much money is the full tilt points worth assuming you pay 182k in rake? I read that you get 10 FTP for every $1 in rake you pay. So with $182,000 in rake paid, that would be 1,820,000 FTP.

How much would that be worth?

Recently have seen some of ftps higher mtts being higher rake like the comparison between the big 162 and the 163 on ftp is a dollar more along with the super turbo rush ftop 11 had a 9 dollar rake where the sonic only has 4.20. Definitely think this need to be changed im sure theres other mtts that are higher just noticed those two.
