I got 2 emails with subject "Deal Me In Bonus - Welcome back to Full Tilt Poker" yesterday.

#1 says

You have been awarded a $500 2011 Iron Man Mid-Year Bonus, which clears at a rate of $1 for every 25 Full Tilt Points earned. Following re-launch, you will be able to track your progress via your personal Mid-Year Bonus page in the My Promotions section of the Cashier.

Once you've unlocked the Mid-Year Bonus, we've even more to give you. If you clear your bonus in full before 23:59 ET on Thursday, November 29th, you will receive your Deal Me In Bonus offer by 23:59 ET on Friday, November 30th.

#2 says

As soon as you log in, your Deal Me In Bonus of $500 will be waiting for you. You'll need to accept your bonus by 02/12/2012 23:59:59, and your bonus cash will be paid into your account in easily released $20.00 increments.

and I don't get anything when I do Requests -> Check bonus offers

Does that mean we can withdraw a portion of our money, then accept the deal me in bonus afterwards?

So I have just been emailed to say that I am eligible for a $500 deal me in bonus and it will be released in $20 increments.
I am wondering are these $20 increments automatically lodged into your cahier/real money a/c or do they go into a bonus a/c and accrue there?
The reason I am asking this is that I wont notice these $20 increments going in and it wont make much difference to me when I am grinding away. It would be better if was segregated and it built up over time so I could get the $500 lump sum in one go when I eventually clear the bonus.
Any thoughts?

Whats the problem you are having? Might help to know to see why its taking so long.

$20 increments means every time you clear $20 worth it goes right into your bankroll.

No bonus email yet for me, hope its $500 (just like my post count).

I have not received an email about verifying my account even(i had to send them an email and they said to send in the docs asap). I have done this and it has been over two days.

I am starting to wonder if this is a common problem with accounts they are having problems with.

I was a Black Card member who paid thousands in rake each month and I start off at the same level as anyone for the Edge rewards?

Just updating my email after I forgot my passwords and moved house and closed my previous email address.

They keep sending a standard verification email after I had already sent them the docs then they say "thanks just log in and change your email" and the circle starts again and again. Then I have to explain the situation again and the standard replies start again.... very frustrating....

yes, yes. I have money in my cashier and I got the mail, but if I click requests->check my bonus offers, I have nothing (so far)

but I've been told that selfexcluded people from stars wont be able to play on ftp, which would suck.

I didnt pair my accounts yet, but I did send an email, which might be a mistake, dunno
