at the begining I couldn't find my bonus neither. Now I found it. Try this, may be it will help:

log on to the site. click on promotion/mypromotion (web) that will take you to the web site/ON THE LEFT click iron man challenge half way down the page you will find this link/click it

I didn't have an issue finding the link. The problem is when I click on it, this is what I get:

I'm not too concerned about it anymore. My assumption is that it's due to technical difficulties of the FTP relaunch. I'm not in a big rush to recieve the bonus and I've become incredably good at waiting for money that FTP owes me over the last 15 months. I have an email from FTP confirming my account has an active Iron Man Mid year bonus and I will recieve the Deal me in bonus as well. It's certainly frustrating that my account doesn't reflect that, and that they are no longer responding to my emails, but I can't imagine a company owned by Pokerstars would renege on what their email clearly states or allow their technical difficulties to hinder my ability to clear the bonus as well. At least I hope that's the case because I'm really enjoying Rush poker and will probably play a majority of my volume on FTP as long as they keep their word and don't screw me over again.

Do you always go to the link via the client? If you just favourite the URL and visit it directly it won't work. Most likely is that you do have a bonus active but for some reason the website can't recognise that you're logged in to your account.

I go to it directly from the client. You can see in the pick that it says "welcome gamin...." so I'm fairly certain it recognizes me as logged in and therefore isn't the problem.

You need to get 1250 points to clear it... that's around 5000 hands at 50NL full ring which is roughly 53 hours of play. Suppose the player's average session lasts for 1 hour. The player would need to play 53 sessions with this ticket. However, if the player drops below 50$ after any given session, he is forced to play as a shortstack or at a lower stake to be able to use his ticket. Also, it is virtually impossible that the player would be able to actually clear the ticket, since over 53 sessions, it is extremely likely that he will lose his full buy in once...

In fact, the biggest problem is that the player may be forced to play at a lower stake than he intends... I suggest that one of the following options be given to the player: A) Buy in into a cash game with a combination of his ring game ticket and money from his cashier or B) Let players somehow merge ring game tickets together... but this option is probably rather complicated
I completely agree with this statement. I bought a ring game ticket without knowing exactly how it works and I came to the same conclusions. I emailed FTP and they confirmed that only the FTPPs that I make at the table I used the ticket for contributes to clearing that ticket. So unless you manage clearing the ticket without actually losing the full ticket, you aren't getting that money. Playing multiple tables like some people suggested does not help clear the ticket at all since the FTPPs earned at the other tables dont count towards the ticket! Also, unless you never lose, you will inevitably find yourself sort stacked which is usually annoying.

The bright side is that any money you make beyond what you paid for the ticket seems to go straight to your funds, despite FTP support telling me in an email that I have to clear that too (that would be ridiculous).

I bought a $200 ticket thinking I could split it on multiple tables. Instead I opted to play 0.5/1 rush poker with it. Ended up losing the $200 ticket but won $200 before that so it's essentially like I cleared the $200 ticket.

Also, anyone successfuly withdraw from FTP yet?

Why would you want to clear the ticket? Think about it. You almost figured it out.

Think about you buy a ticket. And now you think about playing a buy in. You choose $ instead of ticket, you lose. Your balance decreases by the buy in. Your bankroll as well. If you use the ticket your balance does not decrease. Your bankroll does. Your ticket is just an illiquid part of your bankroll. It will become liquid a) if you lose it or b) when you clear it.

No need to worry about clearing then, it happens automatically.

The short stacking is a problem you will just have to deal with.
