What is the conversion rate from FTP points to Stars FPPs?

All my assets were erroneously credited to my Stars account, because my FTP account had a Spain address on file. This is wrong, since I had already sent documentation to update my address to a different country, and the documents were verified.

This is frustrating, I hope I didn't get screwed on this conversion.

oh lord, just send a mail asking why the temp pw's dont work and I got a snap response that they're sorry the temp pw mails are delayed, thank you for reading my mail and not taking care of the actual problem

You can only imagine how many mails they recieve from customers, especially these days with the relaunch.

I got a response within one day after sending in my documents for verification.

My account has only 5$.

I read the FAQ and did like they asked there.

I suggest to make it easy on them. They must be swamped with emails.

6 times? ever consider the fact its taking so long is because impatient fuds like yourself are sending the same email 6 times in 24 hours? if i worked in the office and seen the same email 6 times from a half wit like yourself you would be on the bottom of my list of emails to respond to.

What? I can't seem to do that. I'm in the UK too now and have updated addresses...Downloaded FT off .com site and if I click "pair account", I get told that this isn't available until real money play commences on the 6th!

I'm not from UK, but I couldn't pair my accounts either, until just now that is.
It seems they are slowly enabling the feature.
