I'm very upset right now. I e-mailed them at approximately 3:30 pm from Ontario and they sent a reply stating my exact cashier and point balances. I had five figures in my account and my cashier balance is missing $4,000. I had two cheques for $2,000 a piece which were in 'processing' and never processed. I'm currently trying to work it out with support but they are telling me they are going to have to do a 'Bounced Cheque Inquiry.' This makes no sense because I NEVER received a single cheque and the cheques were never 'processed.' It clearly states on the website that this money would be placed back into my account. If I do not get a resolution from this I'm going to post the e-mails and other information. This should have been a very simple correction that was not made.
