Not a Q for Shyam as he is already doing a brilliant job, in the face of some truly moronic questions, him having to write a response to a post like "CAN A UK PLAYER GET SOME OF THEIR BALANCE BEFORE RE-LAUNCH" - i mean the guys trying to re-launch a huge worldwide piece of software, he isn't your line manager at the garage giving you an advance on your pay! These sorts of questions are just wasting space for things sensible people want answering. gg

OK I have a good question for you. I am not sure if anyone else has asked it in the thread but I didn't see you answer it yet so I assume not.

Question: US players now have to cashout using the DOJ, but I assume our accounts will remain intact incase of a comeback to the US market at somepoint. Assuming the DOJ doesn't give us credit for our FTPs and such, will US players FTPs/Medals/Bonuses remain intact until we are able to use them again? If so, if we were to relocate to play would the remaining points be available for use then?

27. What is going to happen to affiliate deals and accounts? And balances that are still owed on there of course?

- I don't have an answer for this. I'm confident that once the affiliate plan is solidified all of the affiliates will be updated.

Does this suggest Rakeback will stay and players who joined without Rakeback wont receive rakeback once again if so so lame.

I hope not! Our accounts have been dormant for over a year. Please allow us to create new rake back accounts or opt in to rake back if we achieve a monthly target.

You will probably need to sue the owners and directors of Pocket Kings to get this and if you're a U.S. player, to get your Full Tilt points value if the DOJ doesn't provide it.

current rates are below 1% but i ll use 1% as an example. If you had $500 in your account, the interest would come to about $5.

What would happen in the case of an affiliate no longer in business. I know I couldn't get RB, and when I asked, I couldn't get info as to which affiliate I was linked to. I signed up years ago through some link I saw before I really know what online poker was. I played for a couple of years also just totally recreational. Then I started to get serious and tried to get RB from FTP, and RBP told me I was linked but they could not (would not, were not allowed to??) say to who.

What if my original affiliate is defunct? Can that be checked? Cause I just saw some "Play poker online" and clicked it. Could have been anywhere......

So I guess the question is:

If someone was linked to an affiliate which is no longer up and running, will this info become available to the linked player? Can he/she then be eligible for RB? (Lots of sites were able, I believe, to offer a link and be an affiliate???)

AFAIK some of these affiliates were still up and running and were collecting your rakeback for themselves rather than paying it out. This definitely needs to be addressed

PTR already wasn't working with Full Tilt for some time even before April 15th 2011.

I have played over a million hands at Full Tilt and it lists me at about 150,000. That site is totally unreliable IMO.

Yes and players who knew nothing about rakeback when they joined left Full Tilt to go play on other sites where they could get rakeback this is a lose Full Tilt lose Player lose affiliate situation for all involved. As the affiliate and Full Tilt both get nothing while the player plays on another site.

Full tilt have been telling players for years they are looking into rakeback for players that don't have it and will let them know when they have more info regarding this matter, surely Poker Stars can now address this and do what Full tilt only promised to do.

Although it wasn't tracking accurately for 6-8months pre BF it still shows how much you have won on the site and if you are a big winner then it will still show that.

It needs to be blocked completely.

Is there any chance that pokerstars apply for that Full Tilt claims administrator job listed on the DOJ website?

What about accounts that were linked to mysterious 'affialtes' and so wasn't eligable for rakebook. Any chance that this will be rectified either through 27% bonuses or a chance to resign with the website fulltilt poker had running before black Friday?

I'm not sure if this has already been addressed but what about those accounts with pending cash out which were still pending when FTP got shutted down. Is there a record for them? Did the funds go back to the account?
