I had 2 Bank transfers to a US account, and 1 check to my new address in Canada (I moved on June 27, 2011). All 3 limbo amounts are in my account, along with a $31.28 from Rakeback.

I also had 3 Main Event Final tickets and 1 Iron Man Freeroll ticket. I now see a Step 4 ticket there? Not sure what is going on with that...what is that worth?

Has anyone from the UK paired - is it true that the FTP are credited to PS VIP status; I thought they were worth a lot less? If so pairing tonight (before Nov 1) would be extremely preferable for the bump up in status it would likely give many people.

Boom, and I'm in. My Digipass key worked fine which I wasn't expecting since I had upgraded my iOs. When I had upgraded iOs in the past, the generated codes weren't working and I had to get support to sort it out for me.

My balance is a few hundred less than I thought it was but the last time I played was on the mobile app drunk at Heathrow waiting for a flight to Vegas so that likely explains what happened there. Points balance seems fine too.

Just sat down at a for some play money action. Oh how I've missed that betting sound.

BOOOOOOOOM I win the first hand dealt to me K3dd on AdQdKc7cKs......

Aaaaaaand I'm play money bust.

I got that message about my card as well and my card was old to. If you read the rest of the message though it says you can get around that by logging in on a computer you used to use for ftp. Luckily I had my old laptop so I did that and it worked. I can now also log in on my new pc, so it's worth a try if you have any computers you have previously used.

yea i'm sure it will be fixed. I plan to complain about getting charged like $25 for a bounced check and will try to get them to credit that to my account also. Anyone in the US have money showing in there account?

Also I wonder how long before we can use our points to purchase tangible assets.

I know my old password and am able to log into my US FTP account using my RSA token. However, I am unable to change my password. It prompts me for the single-use RSA code, along with the new password and repeat-confirmation. I keep getting the "please specify the correct old password" error.

Ideas?

I am tilting so bad. How do FTP expect me to remember the number of the VISA-card I used back then.. (need it to be able to log in, as it is an added security question) Impossible to remember such things. I have sent an email to support, but just like back in the day, it takes ages to get a response.
On a positive side note, the security is clearly solid.

Yeah I know, I did that but I do actually want to change my password. As of right now I'm stuck with my old password and don't know how to change it to something new.

I reset the password and when i type the temporary one it gives me this error :

"We 're sorry.But we cannot access your account at this time.Please contact customer support."

Anyone else has this error?

$2.5/100 is what you get when earning points(diamond level). Spending those earned points gives you $3-$5/1000 value.

That's just for the points earned in future (rakeback), not for already existing points.

As far as u are only able to buy tickets and bonus, the best u can get is f.e. 0,45 ct / 100 pts if u buy a 200$ ring game ticket
