I finally got in. My ID got verified again. Actually have 2k more then i tought and for people nervous about missing cashouts, my 20k cashout was returned to my balance. <3 FTP

I've messaged regarding my account 6 hours ago. Someone tell me when you emailed them do you insta get an automated message saying they received it or do they just reply? I haven't gotten ****

What type of cashout was it? My pending cheques were not returned to my account

I'm a casual microstakes grinder that only had Bronzestar. However, on FTP I had 366k FTP. I just transfered and got insta-promoted to platinumstar.

At first I was like wow, that's nice. But upon checking my status it says: you need to earn 7289 VPP by Oct 31 to maintain platinumstar status.

Did I just completely **** over myself by transfering this on the 31st? If I had done this tomorrow, would I have been platinum for the whole month of November?

I had no idea FTP points would influence my star status...

If you haven't actually deposited real money it should, yes.

I guess I second what jukitas is asking cause I'm still getting this message when I try to download:

I'm a US player and the people I've talked to live who've said it's worked for them are in Australia and Europe. Have any US players successfully downloaded the client yet?

I wondered about this too, as the deal me in bonus seems to not require a deposit. However in the small print on the site it does say the deposit bonus will only be open to those who haven't deposited yet.

Emailed last week asking if I could verify so I could play when it's up and running. FTP replied stating only players with over 3500$ would be contacted....I log in today..."please verify your account with your credit card details" yeah except that cards inactive, not in my possession and like 5 years old.

Email support, no reply 3 hours later. Sigh.
