So after being told it was "confirmed" that my account had an active Iron man mid year bonus in an email from FTP, I have now been told that I am not eligable for that bonus. They then offered me the lowest possible Deal Me In Bonus. I sent them an email asking if they were seriously not going to honor what they told me in writing, and I am waiting for a response. If prior to FTP's relaunch, I could have scripted a worst case scenario regarding how FTP would treat me when I returned as a client, I don't think I could have come up with a reasonable scenario worse than what I have actually experienced!

All players are entitled to the Deal Me In Bonus whatever their previous bonus status was.
We've also verified the Iron Man Mid Year Bonus was never active in your player account.

So as I still have hundreds of $ tied up by the US DOJ, I was told I had an Iron mad mid year bonus "confirmed" plus the deal me in bonus. What do I actually recieve after returning to their site after the catastrophic results of playing on FTP previously? The lowest possible deal me in bonus ($200, far less that what I have tied up with the US DOJ) and a refusal to honor an email they wrote me, and an apology that amounts to "go kick rocks." In my lifetime I have dealt with a lot of companies who have made mistakes before. No other company has ever failed so miserably when attempting to make up for those mistakes.
I have always defended FTP as I believed the US gov was at fault for black Friday and my anger was directed squarely at the DOJ. I now have an equal level of disdaid for FTP.

Thank you for this response. I was confused, support was useless but this was great saver for me to take advantage of the Deal Me In bonus. I logged in on my backup connection and it worked after getting the 'Not available in my region' error earlier.

Well, earning 100 FTPs costs $10, of which you get $1.5 back. So 15%.

If you haven't deposited since relaunch, deposit something on debit card, then withdrawing to debit card becomes an option. Or just transfer to stars the cashout from there (48 hours wait tho)

With the Full Tilt site now fully operational and working correctly, i would have expected a big marketing push to bring in new players. At present it is just a reg fest, which is no good for the long term success of the site. Apart from a couple of cryptic adverts on Canadian cable I have heard of little else in the way of advertising. As a FTP reg, I'm seriously considering pulling my money out after clearing the bonuses as the games suck.

Does anyone have an idea what is going on?

I wouldn't call it fully operational. Cleared my Iron Man Bonus and still haven't even received an email yet alone my actual DMI bonus.

Its still very early days and think they wanted to get everyones money back to them and make sure the site is working before putting in a huge promotional drive.
Traffic is alot lower than expected but with xmas coming up, the recession and the US still not able to play the figures are not entirely surprising.

1) Can we still get the first deposit bonus after clearing the DMI (with no deposit after re-launch)?

2) When will the Edge rakeback (100 FTPs = $2,5 for diamond status) be paid out? It says weekly, but what day exactly? Has anyone got it yet?

3) When you play during happy hour you get 2x FTPs. Won't that mean that you get 50 % RB?

4) Will you get rakeback while clearing the DMI bonus?

Players who have not cleared their bonus in full by this date will receive the Deal Me In Bonus offer by 23:59 ET on Thursday December 20th.
