FTP support is very responsive and has been since the early anouncements.
Im sure they are super busy, but give them some time, dont be an idiot, write clear emails and you will be golden.
I.e. I needed to verify my account since my credit card and PC of old full tilt was not available anymore.
So i read the faq, figured out what they required, sent in the documents with quick explanation in one email.
Got a response within 24h and account back up. This was one day after the free site went online.
So just be patient, im sure they are overloaded
