Rakeback is dealt with directly by FTP now and everyone gets it, not just the ones who had heard of rakeback when they signed up an account.

FTP support is very responsive and has been since the early anouncements.

Im sure they are super busy, but give them some time, dont be an idiot, write clear emails and you will be golden.

I.e. I needed to verify my account since my credit card and PC of old full tilt was not available anymore.

So i read the faq, figured out what they required, sent in the documents with quick explanation in one email.

Got a response within 24h and account back up. This was one day after the free site went online.

So just be patient, im sure they are overloaded

I just logged into my account and happened to see 3 sng ft point satties registering, they're not reg' ing anymore now.

On another note, has anyone recieved an Edge status yet? I checked mine through the status check box and it sends me to the web and says I have no level and I must achieve a rolling average etc etc.

I'm sure I must have some level reached at least as I recieved a mid year bonus. Just wondering is this the case for everyone so far?

Hey guys

So the thing is that i apparently had a full tilt account that i dont even remember creating, but it has a ****ty name because i forgott a letter and it tilts the **** out of me.

I have never made a deposit/withdraw or played with playmoney or started any bonuses, i have barley ever logged in so i havent done ANYTHING with it.

So i was thinking i could just create a new and no1 would notice right? RIGHT? ;_; i dont want to deposit 1k just to get ****ed over and banned and have my funds stolen.

any1 think this is a good ide?

Its has to be open for 5 past 1 tomoro afternoon.First freeroll is at half 13:05 GMT and Full Tilt retweeted someone saying that it will be open tommoro at 1.

So please no idiots on at 12 tonight complaining why its not open.

Sorry to grunch.....I'm just back off holiday from Sharm El-Sheik (big up to PS mobile app for making it possible to stack fools whilst sitting on the beach in 37c weather!!!)....

Do we have a launch time yet? Im hoping its GMT 00.00hrs but not holding my breath, so is there a time out there or not yet?

EDIT: Ok, seen the tweet above and it looks like 13.00hrs GMT. Sigh.

Also, why the **** do PS still use US Eastern Time on their website for tourney starts etc; Surely, GMT/BST should be default due both to where Stars are based and where the (I'm assuming!) majority of players are logging in from(Europe as a whole).
