stfu when you don't know what you're talking about. There is another post in this thread where someone with a balance above $100 recieved an email stating balance as "NOT SHOWN". In the email I recieved my balance shows as "0".

Also, after posting here Shyam sent me a PM asking for my username and said he would have the "email guys" look into it.

I just got an email showing the rakeback added to my account and my points balance before and after converting iorn man medals. My account balance was list as "NOT SHOWN"

I am sorry if this sounds stupid, but I had Stars as my main site, and although I played on Full Tilt a little, I only ever depoisted 200 dollars, and when I lost that, I never deposited there again. However, I got no email, will people with an account balance of under 50 dollars in their account be getting an email or not?

- Yep, those emails should be going out over the next couple of days. In many cases it won't list your cash balance (for security reasons), but it will detail all of the modifications that have been made to your account since we've been down.

Ok I got the following PM from Shyam:

"Thanks for that. We're looking into why you got that email, looks like an error on the email only. Your account actually shows what you think you had, so don't panic about that."

GoldnEagl, please stop writing until you learn to read. It has been confirmed multiple times that people with large balances should be getting emails where their balance is listed as "NOT SHOWN", rather than "$0".

I have the same question. I ordered a herman miller chair for a **** ton of points prior to black friday but never recieved it. Will it be shipped at FTP reopen, will I get the value of the chair in $$$ or will the points be refunded?

Apologies if this has been covered, but what is the approx value of points?
I'm sure I had some $26 tourney tokens saved up but there's no mention of that in my email. Although at the same time, I don't actually remember them having T-Money, did they change tokens for that before they shut?

Same here, and I think I had BELOW 100$ (and I remember logging in to play in black Friday, so I wasn't busto). 0 FTP's and 5.62$ rakeback is quite hard to achieve...

I might be counted as player with above 100$, though, if they added my last check to my balance.

I'm from the UK. The DOJ will be resposoble for paying U.S players so you probobly won't get an email.

I don't think US players will be getting these emails. They're about informing players of what adjustments were made to accounts ahead of the relaunch. For US players that would basically be "Your account with us is now at zero. See the DOJ for your money."
