Does anyone have any insight into how long it can take to solve cases with undelievered stor items. I have been waiting almost 70 days now and still the support stuff refuse to gie a prognosis of how long it could take to solve this. The only thing they do is to copy-paste an answear.

Does anyone else here have the same problem. The support say they still have a lot of cases to solve.

I have the same problem. They asked me to verify my new address and since that time I have sent 4 emails with no response. Maybe I should send an email to pokerstars support. They have always gone out of their way to help me.

Now this is the email I receive after being told repeatedly that ROW players would get paid no matter where they moved to.

So I guess now Full Tilt is saying that if you move to the US at any point you now have to go through the Dept. of Justice. I moved to the US a year after black Friday.

Nicely played FT. Anyway to delay paying out any money is a good strategy.

Thank you for your e-mail.

We apologize that we will be unable to accommodate withdrawal from your Full Tilt Poker account from the US or US Territories. Full Tilt Poker customers in the United States, will need to go through a remission process to be administered by the US Department of Justice.

The Department of Justice issued the following statement in an official press release:

“We are pleased to announce these settlements by Full Tilt Poker and PokerStars, which allow us to quickly get significant compensation into the victim players’ hands...” U.S. victims will be able to seek compensation from the Department of Justice (“DOJ”).

Unfortunately, we are not in a position to provide any advice on this process - legal or otherwise.

Jean

Here was the initial email from Full Tilt:

Thank you for your email.

As you moved to the US after the 29th of June 2011, we will be making your Full Tilt Poker account balance available to you. However, as players residing in the US are not able to play for Real Money you will not have access to the Cashier in the Full Tilt Poker Lobby to request a cashout. We will have to process this manually and we have now forwarded your email to the department in charge of this. Please note that this process might take some time so we ask that you please remain patient and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Regards,

Chloe

I was in your situation and they wired me the money. I ran in to the same problems with frontline support. It's too bad that Stars hasn't fixed this yet.

Hi,

Just wanted to let you all know that FTP is an absolute joke. I requested a check on Dec 10, 2012, and it still hasn't arrived --- well over the time period it is supposed to take. I have sent multiple emails and finally sent one today asking them to re-credit my account with the balance and cancel the check, as I'm not sure I'll ever see the funds otherwise. They send back a reply trying to tell me they will charge me a $35 fee to do this.

Absolute joke that the company has such joke customer service when Stars remains the top of the industry in that department

Hey, Vasoconstrictor I just wanted to let you know that things will probably work out for you. I took NeedsToBeSaid's advice and contacted Michael at security@fulltiltpoker.com. It took a few tries and it took a bit of time (I get the impression they are very busy with relaunch related requests and understaffed to deal with them) but Michael was very helpful. He cleared everything up and they FedExed me a check for my entire account balance.

It is good to know that other people are getting paid. I still have not. Here is the last email from Michael at Full Tilt Support.

Thank you for your further email. We expect that a check to the USA will take less than a couple of weeks. There may be some variance due to various shipping and processing requirements, but it shouldn't take much longer to get to you. I'll pass it along for processing as soon as possible.

Please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to assist you.

Regards,

Michael

This was sent on 1/25. So I am now waiting just shy of four months from my initial request in November. I have sent 2 emails in the past week and tried to contact Michael by PM here to get an update but I have not been responded to in any way. Last time I posted they paid attention so I am posting here again to see if this works.

Wow this just keeps getting better.

So apparently Full Tilt, after not allowing me to change my address and insisting that their security department must do it, changed my address to the address of my bank on the verification documents that I had to send in instead of putting my actual address. So they mailed my check there instead of actually to me.

Now I have again sent about an email a week for the past few weeks to two separate employees that are supposed to be able to help me but of course I have not gotten a response. I would have thought that once pokerstars took over, their customer support would have improved just a little as I never had a problem with stars in 12 years of playing.

Maybe posting on a public forum will get a response. I am not holding my breath.
