it looks like if this happened:

1) You withdrew $$ as a US-based account and it never arrived.
2) You re-registered as a ROW-account before the deadline

Stars pays you your balance, DOJ pays you your outstanding withdrawals that never arrived. At least that's what Stars/FTP told me.

Anyone else hear anything similar?

This is the third day I was waiting for verification and I just tried signing in to the client and it worked. Full Tilt never sent me an email either.

Can anyone confirm this? In other words, has anyone who had an American address before black friday, but changed it to ROW after April 15, had their pending withdrawals returned to their account? Also, BalugaWhale, I understand that you're saying if you made a withdrawal with a US based address you would have to get that from the DOJ. But, what about if you made a withdrawal AFTER you changed your address to ROW? Would FTP/Stars return that to your account or would you still have to apply to the DOJ for that?

Ugh, I had about 60% of my roll in limbo like this; would really suck to get hopes up and then have this happen.

I am not as balling as some of you guys. I am Canadian and had a few cheques for a couple hundred each peding cash out for weeks before black friday. I emailed FT and got a general response saying its been passed on to the people who can deal with the issus. That the FT person who emailed me couldnt access the features neccessary to help me.

I was US before Black Friday, changed to ROW after and had one withdrawal pending to US bank account that I believe was returned to my FT account. (need to check the history to be 100 sure)

Please do and report back? This is pretty important to some of us. Hopefully FTP support just was confused when they explained that to Baluga Whale.

Because even if they did have a team of people ready to take care of each issue, all of the information is instantly at their fingertips and they don't have to investigate anything? Be serious.

I was US player before Black Friday, and moved after. I had a Bank Transfer and a check by mail withdraw pending to my US info. I then moved to ROW (Canada) and issued a check by mail 2 days before FTP was shutdown. All 3 withdraws were put back into my account.

As I previously stated, never deposited, never played for real money, account was blocked requiring to login on same computer (impossible).

Preemptively sent auth documents to verification on the 31st, just got authorised and can login now. Took 3.5 days roughly for them to get back to me.

Update:

I got the following email:

Hello *****,

We have forwarded your email to the team responsible for handling this issue. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience.

Kind of wish we could eliminate the middleman somehow...

However I will accept their apology. At least they're trying to catch up. I guess the moral is email once (preferably I'd imagine from the email account associated to your FTP account) and be patient...

Hopefully someone can help with my problem,

Before FTP shutdown, i had made ~7.5k without ever depositing ( I had just won play money and sold it, freerolls etc) before using this money to win a few multis. I hadn't ever needed to deposit/cashout and i was obviously totally unaware that anything like this would ever happen. I had random account information (ie name: fgffgf sfsfsd) etc. All i remember was my username and password but unfortunately i had one of those 3-card PIN's on my account and i literally can't remember for the life of me what it actually was. I have a very rough idea but i'd pretty much just be guessing. Also, i've completely forgotten what e-mail i had been using on this account so its not like i can just get them to send me an e-mail with my PIN.

Basically, i was wondering if anybody had any possible solutions? Does anyone know how many attempts you get to guess the PIN before it gets perm blocked?

I understand that im probably screwed but this means a hell of a lot to me so if anybody can think of something please let me know!

Thanks.

Not read the thread so my issue is probably very common.
Basically when I logged in I was required to give a debit card number from several years ago. As someone who loses debit card a lot (****** alert) that means it was several cards ago that I deposited.
So I had to go into my bank (can't get this info over the phone) and was given 3 previous card numbers dating back to 2009. None of these were the right number, and neither of my parents numbers are right either.
This means that my parents would have to go into their banks to get previous card numbers, and there's no guarantee that it wasn't a friend's card that I used to deposit...basically the practicality of finding this number is unbelievably low.
So I've emailed FTP to ask them if there is another way I can verify my identity. Obviously this is gona take a lot of time because they are surely swamped with emails at the moment.
One of my main hopes is that they adopt an official email tab within their software, like Stars, so that emails are sorted by the senders and that replies are much swifter.

i,m no expert but i would imagine that you will be able to regain the account after a certain amount of discussion with the site, the fact that "you" have the password for the account should pretty much technically validate you as the account holder, also,i would imagine the random account info is neither here nor there from their point of view.

just imo these views...gl

People have issues then you have the odd ****ing idiot.

Full tilt poker has nothing to do with your money anymore. You get that? That means that you have no money in your full tilt account. You cannot play poker online so its normal to have no money in your account.

Please stop clogging up the thread with stupid questions

Shyam Markus claimed that players will receive rakeback for the week before shut-down but support has denied that. That week was also rush poker week and many of us raked a lot more than usual.

Are we getting that last rakeback payment ?

I guess you still remember your account name? Pretty sure you can just ask ftp support what email is registered to this account. Then of course you need to know your old email password
