I got a very unhelpful email from FTP regarding my 3 card PIN. They want me to remember both the security question I used (who needs to ever remember the QUESTION?) and the answer. I sent them a lengthy follow-up with all sorts of images such as photo ID, screenshot of me playing on Stars (same s/n ) etc, so hopefully they fix the issue soon

We're sorry you've forgotten the Login PIN for your account. Here's how you can get back on the tables:

1) In the Login Screen when you are prompted for your PIN, select "If you have forgotten your PIN please click Here" at the bottom of the window.
2) Enter your Full Tilt Poker account password when prompted.
3) Click the "Unregister from Tournaments" button (even if you're not registered in any tournaments), and select "OK".

When you've completed these steps, please reply to this email with your secret question and the answer you provided for it.

wtf, they want you to remember the question?!

i've not been able to log in because the iphone security key thing no longer works - i sent them an email yesterday with all the relevant info/ID but said 'you're gonna have to remind me what my secret question was'. they've yet to reply.

maybe i'll just send six different emails with the answer to each question in them, that could work

When I was filling the form, I was reasoning that anyone who could get physical access to my computer would probably also know the answers to all those questions. So, I gave the fake one and there's no way I could ever remember that.

I'm also having this problem -Tried to withdraw 2 cheques sum total of 2K at the end of June 2011. Both were 'processing' but never 'approved' by the time FTP closed down for good.

Tried emailing support once after the PSTARS deal was done and once two days ago when I logged in only to find my balance was still incorrect (it only had a rakeback payment I was owed in there). Have not received a reply.

Hoping to get answers [or at least an acknowledgement - was hoping to play poker on Tuesday on FTP but looks like this will have to wait...). However I'm glad I'm not the only one.

Yeh very annoying this, can't remember pin code (I really thought it was Qs 6x 3x in some order, went thru all 96 combos lol but no joy) nor secret question. Just guessed at most likely one and now waiting to hear back if i need to guess again!

You could hire a professional Hypnotherapist, or try sending FTP support documents.

Now they made it so that I don't need my 3 digit PIN but are asking for the first 12 digits of an OLD CREDIT CARD!

I sent another e-mail about my issue and support transfered me to the Payment Services Department. This should be a simple correction to make so hopefully it goes smoothly.

I also have two cheques that were not processed not recredited back into my account. I also only have the rakeback payment that was due. I sent an e-mail to support over 24 hours ago and still no response.

IWantYrCookies, did you get a response on your initial e-mail or only when you tried again?

This s**t better be fixed by Tuesday. The more I look at my balance the more it looks like they havent done anything to my account.

Seems very strange that so many of us never got an email to explain what changes were made to our accounts.

Yes i received my FTpoints in FPP's on stars. I am not sure about medals. I think they converted the medals into points. Remember I am a resident of Belgium! so I don't know if it works for other countries.
