We all know the recent developments that are completly killing poker.

But I think they are making a step further bc now It's been a week since I've emailed support multiple times and they simply don't reply.

I don't know if it's only me, or does anybody here noticed that?

I mean, I honestly would wish they were 50% of what they previously were when ran by Ian S.

What's the next thing they will completly mess up?

So you didn't get an email acknowledgement at all? If it's a problem that can't be easily replied to I've always had an email saying my query has been passed on to some other person/department.

Have you checked your spam folder?

Were your emails to do with technical problems or what?
