I don't know specifically about pokerstars, but recently I have filled an online survey for a product that easly has millions of users and comes from one of the biggest companies in the world after which I have received this email:
My wife and I were watching an old broadcast a few years ago of the main event and discovered that Kara was actually playing the event and had gone pretty deep. When she was speaking to either the players at her table or being interviewed, she had a very noticeable British Accent. In her bio she lived in England for 10 years which would obviously explain it. But strangely once she got hired by espn, she lost her accent entirely.
Anyone notice this and do you think she was purposely trying to hide it on the broadcasts? It's pretty strange. I mean, if she obtained a British Accent in the 10 years she lived there why would she try and hide it? I think she must because it seemingly vanished in 1 year when she was working the main instead of playing in it.
According to Wikipedia she's lived in California since 2009, so it's possible her accent has partially shifted to American over the last 8 years. Given enough time, constantly hearing people speak in a different accent will subconsciously cause your own to gradually change to it.

She used to present a poker show back in the day which aired late at night in Britain. The show was loosely based around commentating on internet poker but was more just general chatting **** for four hours. It was amazing.
I just watched the season 15 LAPC WPT, and Matt Savage was interviewing Mike Sexton, who had made the final table. At the end of the interview, Mike said that he had his son Ty with him and showed a picture of him and then he immediately started crying. I can't find a clip of the episode on youtube because their search feature sucks.
Been following the Instagram account Damuvegas for quite some time now. He is a high-stakes (mixed game only) player in Ivey's Room and Bobby's room. This morning he posted a pretty epic heads up Point of View stream on his Instagram in which he beat Jungleman for $50,000. The instragram story is pretty funny and definitely captures Jungle in a negative light--as most of the antics Jungle has become famous for really show in the series of clips. My question is, who is Damuvegas? Full name/Tournament results of him anywhere? Has anyone played with him?

That was the funniest instagram story i've ever seen. "Im the best badugi player ever" then jungle proceeds to call him an idiot, ****** and a bunch of other things
