The short answer is no, they still stole the money, and haven't made any real effort to pay it back afaik. Pokerstars and the DOJ need to bankrupt them and/or send them to jail.

I hope that all ftp shareholders who received our account money as dividends and did not show any intent to pay it back to us end up broke and facing clawback as well.
