Biggest hand I ever saw and arguably the craziest was a guy betting HK$28m on the river into a HK$51m pot with a gutshot straight draw against what turned out to be top set. He was down over HK$100m at the time and hit it.

Jeez how much money do they have? It just seems crazy to be down 13mil in a single session; most of the ppl who play 500/1k online don't have half that. And a $13 mil pot, that surely has to be biggest of all time (unless those ruskie mefia games with Tony G had bigger?) Regarding the pot he bet $28 hk m and was called on the river right (gut shot turned str, so it wasn't a draw anymore no?)

Also you said cash only, when those guys were $50 hk m+ deep did they buyin with cash (or wire/cheque w.e) or was it credit? Seems insane for people to have that much liquid around...
