Jose comes across as pretty sharp in his interviews too, a smart guy with good understanding of poker, maybe he was a SS-MS kid looking for coaching from JM/DIH/whoever and they were looking for a viable candidate.

Again I'm not saying this is what I think, but I do think if this is what happened Jose would be a very good choice.

Again, he speaks good english, he is young just turned 18 (if this is true), pretty good image, seems a pretty sharp guy.
That does make sense:

Jose: Hey (Any HSpro), please coach me
Any HSpro: Actually, I haz better idea

I guess that makes sense. Of course having all of Girah/Jose/HQ accounts being made public would help.

i must just say that the people who think DIH and JM invented girah and used jose as a puppet think about this.
the original looking for prodigy 2+2 post was made off of jose's ip therefore its jose's account.
now if JM and DIH made jose there is no reason in the world they would have him personally post the looking for prodigy thread there is just no realistic reason for it.

If DIH posted on the girah account there's no reason not to use a proxy or something to hide his real IP. Truth is he's not that smart and not very good at lying.

someone has a link to the "looking for prodigy" thread? Lost that thread and can't find it. Everyone should read the "looking for prodigy"thread, because you can see how all the scam was set up. Great work OP. This thread deserves 5 stars for all the cliffs, imo.

inb4 DIH's post is conglomerated of entirely adverbs and adjectives and doesn't get to the actual point in more than 2000 words.

yes but if he was aware of the IP being checked and he knew in the future jose would have to come out and make a post he wouldnt get him to post of his personal ip surely ?
and if for instance the IP check slipped his mind he would surely want control of what was gonna go down not some relative unknown mistake puppet wouldnt he ?

RJ is a woman? That's the only thing in this whole fiasco that makes sense. Thinking back on something she told me a couple months ago in a thread makes more sense now. LOL Having a moment of clarity.

Sauce should post all info about the X. It is now certain thah DIH lies about this whole thing and only admits what he needs to. He isnt open about this whole thing and people shouldn't believe what he says. All info and material open and truth will come open.

I'm not sure how relevant this is, if its been addressed, and how relevant it is to the timeline. The Lock challenge ended May 1st. Girah claims to have been unable to fund eurosites, citing lack of money and an apparent inability to access/use his moneybookers account. To my knowledge, moneybookers is the preferred cashout method from lock poker for non-us players. Despite the winnings on his account at the end of the Lock challenge for well over $100k, he does now not have enough in Lock account to pay back $60k to the players he owes + compensation. It seems either he did have enough $ to fund euro sites or he made a transfer to another player on lock with the winnings from his high-stakes heads-up matches.

DIH will help josé coach the students and they will share the profit. I've read somewhere that José had 80students at a rate of $900/hour...
Any confirmation here? Someone who wanted to get really good at poker probably wouldn't spend most of his time coaching people.

I think it's reasonable to give DIH time until tomorrow. He ins in Europe, and it's night time already.. Even though I doubt he is sleeping, let's give him time to respond in case he is in fact sleeping. I imagine he has gotten sleep deprived during the last few days. At least that's the iamge I got from his blog post, he hasnt slept too much during last few days.

Or they confiscated some of his winnings because they knew there was collusion. Or he lost a significant percentage of it since the end of the Lock challenge over three months ago. Or he previously withdrew some of it to pay for his balla high school lifestyle. Or...

I doubt that figure on the 80 students. I don't think the pool of people who pay $1,000 per hour for coaching is very large and I'd bet the majority of that pool are 2+2ers. So far, other than the Skype group, there's only been one guy who said he was coached by Jose, and he didn't really coach him much, just tried to get him to play Sauron.

Often times, teaching something gives you a better understanding of the subject.

It's in a post from Renesix21 evoking the coaching scam theory that u can find here: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...&postcount=722

He says
"Don't remember now in which chatlog it was but I recall reading Girah had about 80 students?"

Dayum! Goodnight, hope "x" is revealed when i wake up.

+1 as well, and the thing that really made me respect Sauce was the fact that he didn't have a "price" and turned down $100,000 for two hours of coaching.
