What a way to do a retraction, tell the truth (with the links listed in the original post so that people can make up their own minds), while giving the powers that be at UB, the big middle finger while your doing it (and in such a way to avoid lawsuit).

Pure politics, the feds are just letting them get away with murder (in this case...not murder but serious $$$$$$$$$$).

Def would be interesting if you scanned the letter so we could all have the contact info for their legal counsel. Wonder if that would be the place to start if someone ever wanted to try serving them with a lawsuit of some sort.

anyone thats gone to school at potsdam knows the pot is cheap there because there's an indian res on both sides of the border and that they run pot over on boats in the summer and snow mobiles in the winter. it's the kinda place that you'd think was a movie shoot cause if customs runs up on them in boats they'll ram them and get into a shootout. it's no secret that it goes on but i always wondered why the media never discussed it or why the government couldnt shut it down.
