1. they USED to have rebuys, but they do not anymore. no one "bought" a bracelet. believe it or not, having 20x the starting stack in the first three levels of a huge 1,000 player field doesn't guarantee you a ****ing bracelet. whoever tried to make this argument isn't intelligent at all.
2. they still have a couple of reentry events but only one of them is unlimited. no one is arguing that anyone is buying a bracelet.
3. the wsop dropped the rebuy events because of security concerns. there was no oversight and a lot of rumors of floormen pocketing rebuy chips. it pretty much had to end without any sort of technological oversight. as a result you don't really see too many live rebuy events anymore, and a ton of reentry events.
