Re: My $160,000 win, ipoker still owe it and why I'll never play there again...tl;dr
Whilst not the same situation I have had a legal dispute with a poker site. At first the dispute went through IBAS and then through the gibraltar gaming authority (the country where the online casino operated from). Is this a route you can go down? There are generally routes to go down before paying a lawyer and gaming law in particular seems to command very high fees and so should be your last resort.
Feel free to PM me.

the points they gave you about 1 uk-player more than usual, playing in the same sng's as someone else and the stackoff with air are hints that you might have cheated. it is certainly no evidence. -> they owe you the money.
unless it says something like "we can deny you the bonus for whatever reason we want" in the terms & conditions. these sportsbetting-sites (and ipoker-sites are all mainly sportsbooks i guess) do sometimes have ridiculous terms & conditions so it's not impossible that they in fact just allow themselves to act like that.

As to "inviting" collusion from the sites' end, they obviously believe they have sophisticated enough counter-measures and so they don't care if you collude. They'll just deny the prize.
I'm still stuck on their idea that having more UK players somehow indicates something. Do they not know that on the internet geographical boundaries mean nothing? If that is in any way important to their case then they need to reopen it. It is ridiculous.

ok so honest people wont cheat (which i still dont agree with, plenty of people wouldnt cheat for 1k that would for 160k)
its a 50 dollar buy in 6 man sit and go, not exactly hard to collude

You are telling us something about you, not humanity in general. Projecting your own weaknesses onto others does not make them weak.

Badbeat is a staking company that have a deal with ipoker, I think its on the grandslam skin. Your still playing under your own name but the account belongs to badbeat.

Yes, Ted Dibiase used to say this all the time. I think he also used to say "no man should quit a job he didn't start at yet without having the cash in hand" or some such.

The guy in the BB had KK, therefore ipoker assumed it was collusion.

chubukov rankings say this is a fold with more than 29.716401 SBs

Who is 'we' in this context?
Do you know the other badbeat.com player? How many players do badbeat.com back on ipoker for sngs? Just to be clear, was this guy at your time in the final sng you played?

is there no way to get the money, by contacting a lawyer? or is poker illegal in your country? i mean it obviously seems like you are absolutely getting cheated.

It is in the OP.

Ipoker have repeatedly refused to re-open the case and have since paid out the jackpot to someone else.

Unless there's more to this than OP is making out, which is possible, than iPoker are coming across as a shady organisation not to be remotely trusted for the 1 billionth time. Anyone with money on there would really wanna think about the wisdom of playing there IF this turns out to be as OP says
