In 2012 there was a multiplatform poker room named Bluffgaming. It was operating as a part of Enet Network.

In April, 2012 the room all of a sudden stopped cashing out players` money. No one knows exactly what happened to the funds, but the room became insolvent. The players tried to contact the LGA and the Enet Network, but no help came from either side. Moreover, the Enet Network claimed to have no responsibility for that case.

More about the history of the situation here:
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...h-out-1211033/

At the end of August Enet appeared with some sort of a "deal": the players` bankrolls were to be transferred to another Enet skin PokerK1.com. Then the players were obliged to rake the sum equal to their bankrolls in order cash out. No discussion was allowed. It was an ultimatum for the players from the Enet Network.

So, I and other players began to play on that room in order to GET BACK OUR OWN MONEY. Everything was ok for a while. But then all of the accounts on PokerK1.com were blocked because of "some issues" - until the 1st of November. Then the date shifted to November 15th and they changed it to an uncertain date.

PokerK1.com support is not responding.
Enet Network support is responding, but the only thing they keep telling us is to "try to contact PokerK1 support once again, we have no responsibility."

However, we think that Enet has to be responsible. They made a statement (http://www.enetpoker.com/index.php/en/corporate-news or http://scr.hu/0wfn/7x8me in case they delete it) and promised to return players` money. Now they try to hide from us.

This is totally disgusting. Especially if we take into account that players get only the equivalent of the rake they pay (with no rakeback obviously) and the Network loses almost nothing in any case.

This thread is a notification for everyone who would ever decide to play there. You money is not safe there! Beware.

P.S. For everyone who has their funds stuck in this situation - PM me and I`ll add you to our skype group.

I'm too got suffered from Enet network. This is unprecedented scam in poker world. At first we were obliged to rake for them to cash out our bankrolls, and then they simply have stolen our money. No explanations, no terms, no info at all. I think that poker community should know what kind of network Enet is.

well, Enet is run by the italian mob(for real), you really have been living under a rock if you guys thought Enet was a solid safe deposit, the second they emerged nvg was full of threads that all basically said, stay away.

I vividly remember the second i decided to cash out, it was after a 2k pot was raked for 120 euro. (6% uncapped), it really does not matter if your opponents are openshoving randomly a bunch, you will get butchered by the rake, and it was virtually impossible to get the fishes to play on the capped tables, you really did not want to play 1 friggin' hand against a somewhat good opponent on the uncapped tables, ever.

It sucks for all involved obviously, but you guys really went for the nigeria letter on this one tbh.

Enet was basically a 3rd world gangster skin why would you deposit and play there with much better options. I hate to say it but you won't be getting your money back and really I fault you for trusting a small unknown site with no laws.

That doesn't have antything to do with it. Offcourse criminals can run a company.... All I wanna know is how you know that it is run by the mob, or what is the source of that claim?

this seems to happen every other month or so with sites just closing shop. saw a tweet today about an issue with 888 also. until there is some kind of global effort and regulation this will never end imo. play the big sites imo even if you dont like them at least your odds on getting your money are better. otherwise someone is just gonna keep playing the get rich quick scheme on players.

So, I managed to get in contact with the LGA - the authority that licensed IG&P - the company responsible for our bluffgaming funds. This was my email:

Quote:
Dear Mr. Blenheim,

Thank you for your email regarding my issue. I'd be more than happy to provide you with the below mentioned information.

I am a registered player, my username is xxxxx. I registered my account on http://bluffgaming.com/. I'd like to complain about the money that was stolen from pretty much every Bluffgaming player by the IG&P which was responsible for the players' money and were doing it very slowly and some people waited for even a couple of months to get it out. The company claimed that it kept the players' money on seperate accounts so that it was safe. But one day we got an email that they are unable to pay us the money we had tried to withdraw and then they dissapeared. The Enet network took over for a while promising that we would be able to get our money back on condition that we contribute as much as we had in our accounts in rake. I raked about 4,000 euro and then pokerk1.com which was the skin that 'took care' of us blocked the Bluffgaming players' accounts and it seemed to us as if we lost our money twice now. I couldn't withdraw the 4k that I raked and I lost my time raking that much money for them instead of playing somewhere else with a possibility to withdraw. I talked to the pokerk1 manager about a week or two ago and he said that he can't get in touch with IG&P at all. So we are stuck without our money, with no information on what is going to happen and IG&P just dissapeared without paying us back. They must think they are not responsible for it and they can get away with it because there's nothing we can do on this matter except for writing emails to Enet (which knows nothing), to PokerK1 (which openly states it can't get in touch with IG&P and can't do anything about it) and to you as the last resort. I hope you will be able to provide us with some helpful information on this issue or at least help us get in touch with the thieves from IG&P still licensed by LGA. I am eagerly waiting for your reply. Please help us.

Best Regards
They wrote me back:

This was the network with an advertisement for potential investors bragging about:

- high rake with no rb
- soft games (they didn't allow Scandanavians apparently they're all sharks lol)
- super limited cashouts (2k/month no exceptions)

I did hear that some people were getting rb deals and better cashouts under the table but seeing a network BRAG about those things to potential investors was enough to make me stay away.

That's the network where accounts with high rb% would be run by italians, who you'd have to stay in contact with and let the account be managed by to play there. Much like affiliates who own the accounts you grind on. At least that's what I've been offered when I asked for RB on there.

Not a safe site to play on.

I just can't believe people trust any online gaming sites, poker or otherwise.

Why do you people always bitch about it? It's simple to solve.

In the UK at least, you can take ANY person or company to 'small claims court'. Takes about 30 days and costs £49. Man up and sue these bastards. Add your fees and costs on top, and you have one unhappy site. Convince a dozen other people to do the same thing, one giant headache for the sites.
