Aria and PokerGO are hosting a 5 event high stakes series to be streamed live. Looks interesting, four 50k buy in with a final 100k buy in event.

looooool if you want your event to be prestigious, you can't just call it the Masters and give out jackets. It's like giving yourself a cool nickname and trying to make it stick, it reeks of desperation

I was about to make some kind of joke about other original ideas like the Final Four of Poker or the Stanley Cup of Poker.

Then I remembered how I used to think the World Series of Poker was a lame derivative name, but eventually I just got used to it.

Also, the Superbowl of Poker was a thing lol

Exactly. They should give out a nice watch commemorating the event. A nice watch would get a lot of wear, a lot of looks and a lot of questions about it. Make the watch face resemble a jeweled poker chip or something. No one wants to wear a tacky jacket on future occasions after the event.

I agree. Everyone's so quick to diss PokerGo but I am really enjoying the content so far and it's easily worth $10 a month. Looking forward to PaD and now this. But guess haters gotta hate.
