LUCKER?

The amount of northern Euro donks who say "Lucker" after a suck out instead on "lucky" is on an alarming increase.

So I googled it, to find out what is the story with this word sweeping the poker tables by storm

I went no further than the first definition

i have a good idea what it means in english...does it mea something different in "northern Euro donk" ish?
