Dunno how he could ever set foot in a casino again. Hopefully he will have to forfeit some of the money he stole, and get some jail time

I have spoken to a few friends about this and what I feel is going to happen is just like a string of events.

The first was FTP was going to be sold and this has already happened. At the time of this discussion, it had not.

Online poker will eventually become legalized ( well its legal, but you know what I mean ) and the U.S. players will be able to play ( and pay their taxes to Uncle Sam ) on U.S. soil and all of the U.S. casinos will have their poker sites up and running. Everyone will be happy.

Time will pass, people will focus more on the current poker climate and everyone will soon " forget " about BF, the old FTP, etc etc...

Then, at the drop of a dime, Howard and company will be picked up by the DOJ or whoever else and they will be prosecuted.

Of course we will talk about it but for the majority of players, it will be a quick news item. Hopefully they will all serve some serious prison time.

I hope this is how it goes down because it is well deserved.

If he just gets a free pass that will be sick.

So one of two things will happen. 1) After a PR firm pounds it down our throat that Howard came to the rescue and he's the only reason we are being paid...Howard is a hero. or 2) Nobody buys the BS and Howard is sentenced to a lifetime of being Russ Hamilton. I hope Howie uses the same PR firm as Full Tilt used over the years so I can bank on choice 2. I don't know though because poker players forgive everyone. Look at all the scumbags that rape, steal, cheat etc.. in poker and we welcome them with open arms.
