The Commission found clear and convincing evidence to support the conclusion that between the approximate dates of May 2004 to January 2008, Russell Hamilton, an individual associated with Ultimate Bet’s affiliate program, was the main person responsible for and benefiting from the multiple cheating incidents. Furthermore, the KGC is currently in contact with the appropriate law enforcement agencies and intends to fully cooperate in the prosecution of all individuals involved in the UB cheating incidents.

Anyone call BS on this?

Re: KGC Releases Final UB Scandal Decision
Havent seen the full report, but other than not naming co-conspirators does it prove the current regime has zero to do with the group who allowed the thefts to happen?
All important people are now known the the KGC, are their names released?

Re: KGC Releases Final UB Scandal Decision
from the release
Although Hamilton was seen to have gained the most, the KGC concluded that 31 other individuals were associated with the criminal behavior. Those names were not released
So 31 others lets start to find out who these are nobady should get away with this zitt.

Re: KGC Releases Final UB Scandal Decision
At a quick glance, nothing really new. They didn't name any of the 31 people. The basically said UB can keep operating b/c it was old management.
The new things are that they did release the superuser accounts. Also, for the 3rd time, the number of cheating accounts has again changed, this time from 88 to 117. Also, the cheating dates back further than reported. Now it is 2003. This is also the third time that timeline has changed.
Overall, pretty useless report, aside from the cheating account names.
Have players been able to get HH's?
Is this the end? No more info forthcoming?
I have a good idea who some of the 31 people, but won't go naming names just yet. This is a complete waste, almost 10 months for this? What did they do?

Re: KGC Releases Final UB Scandal Decision
Maybe Hellmuth is dodging his biggest bullet so far as KGC not going to give out names. Who knows werent Russ and Hellmuth like very close best buddies so you have to thing its possible and this is why names need to come out so other players like Hellmuth and Annie or Deep can become clean forever.

Re: KGC Releases Final UB Scandal Decision
How impartial and honest is the KGC? Are they above being bribed in keeping a name like Helmuth out of this? Also, lets say for a second hes guilty: Isn't it better for poker as a whole that he's never outed? Kindof like the whole Michael Jordan gambling on basketball conspiracy that's never been proven/refuted 100%

To the part I have bolded, the KGC is seemingly not very honest or impartial.
I wonder if UB will make a statement or name the names, I mean what is stopping UB/Tokwiro, did they make another deal?

I can't see Hellmuth wanting to cheat simply as he has enough money anyway to not stand much by doing it - just don't understand his motive. More money? He'll get it anyway in future.

DO we know which law enforcement agencies or if they really contacted any law enforcement agencies? Of course they aren't going to release the names of the others involved now, because they can say releasing these names may compromise the investigation by law enforcement. The only ? is can we trust KGC that they have really released all this info to appropriate law enforcement agencies that will investigate and prosecute those who were involved.
