I think Hoss would beat me, but we're friends so we wouldn't play anyway. I've quit people on bad days before, but never for good... I'd like to play Ivey, but I don't want to play him at 2k/4k  . Other than that, I'll play anybody.

Uno mas question. Does Ivey refuse to play lower than 2k4k? Have you offered a 1k/2k game?
It must be unreal to legitimately want to play the best player in the world. And truthfully I don't even know if you're the dog. Might Ivey be?

I talked w/ BarryG at WSOP this year about playing Ivey 1k/2k, and he said, quote, "yeah, he doesn't like to play that low" lol.
And I don't know which of us would have the edge either. Tell ya what though, if we mixed in even 10% of any other poker game Ivey would destroy me.

PI PA and GUS benya havent played 2/4 for such a long time now, i guess they wont be in the near future either

limit is a great game, so fast and fun. gl with your game. fwiw, being worse than ivey in poker means nothing (cause everyone sorta is).

If you seriously mean that limit is fast and fun then i feel sorry for you :P
I accidently joined a limit HU game once and decided to play for a bit just for fun, but after 8 hands or so I already wanted to kill myself. I just couldn't ****ing live with the pain.
After having to bet like 1bb into a 10bb pot for the 4th time i almost broke down and cried... never again. Never ****ing again.

No limit is the never to see a showdown poker,fold fold fold see one flop, fold,maybe you see a couple of turnes sometimes..Limit is much more showdown and much more action,play higher so you feel the money then..and you will see that limit poker can be a very fun game.
