Re: Joe Sebok signs sponsorship deal with UltimateBet

Does anyone know anyone who's requested and received any summaries or HHs as Sebok describes in his blog?

Re: Joe Sebok signs sponsorship deal with UltimateBet

From today's (11/6) PokerRoad Radio (starting around 58:00):

Regarding split pots, apparently there were hands that were chopped that hadn't been accounted for correctly. This has now been taken care of, those players affected have been refunded. (Apparently this was involving hands with superusers)

163 players have requested summaries, 115 had played with superusers. 108 of the 163 requests have been sent out.

10 players have requested their hand histories, 4 have been sent out.

I dont understand why anyone would request summaries and not the whole hand historys? Seriously, they've screwed you over before and now you want to trust them to give you an accurate summary? Seems a bit retarded imo.

Careus network is full of good players and apparently they don't agree with the loser that you are. The past cheating was the old past, as was someone's joke to give Hellmuth the pot he lost, and the small time booming for new players (about 40 s&g's), though there is still the problem of getting real cards after that but they sure will come at some point, though you will be losing the rest of your life to booming players until they don't take it from you after some while, but I didn't check that being busy elsewhere, but the huge amount of good players that they have months and years after years proves that everything is fine, and to 99.9% of players has always been.

I had to run this through google translater 7 times but I eventually found something I could halfway understand.

Cereus has many skilled players and are not all losers like you claim. The cheating is the past along with the joke someone played on Hellmuth by giving him a pot he lost. Yes, there is a boomswitch (approximately 40 sit n gos), and after that you are card dead for a while but it evens out in the long run. However, there will always be the problem of losing to the new boomswitchers until they turn it off. I've been too busy lately to get to that point. The large amount of skilled players they have had year after year is proof that everything is fine there now and 99.9% of all the players agree.

it seems it didn't take too long for this to change unfortunately - pokeroad now has an ad toting "Joe Sebok's 1 million twitter follower blowout celebration on UB" with date "TBA"

link to pokeroad homepage with ad

... ah well, I knew it seem too good to be true
