Obviously, I don't play there. I plan on posting my hand histories on PokerRoad and giving some sort of bounty to anyone who can show that I should have gotten a refund. I didn't get anything because they said I won overall in hands against the cheating accounts.

or if one of the cheating accounts belonged to a huge fish and then was taken over by hamilton. why should the money i won off the huge fish count against me?

I know for sure they used old accounts fish hadn't used in a while during the ap scandal. some of russ's friends who's accounts were involved could have easily been fish.

yeah barry I didn't mean to imply that at all and was stringing two separate thoughts together. sorry if it caused any confusion.

I'm just stunned at the extremely low number of hand histories handed out after all this time and not at all stunned that they didn't do the refunds correctly (still probably haven't).

UB has created an indifference among those cheated and that has worked to their advantage.

Also- rubbr's points seem valid.

Blah Blah Blah... You'd be surprised how many companies you support on a regular basis aren't on the Up and Up. Not excusing the situation but at least this company has tried to rectify/acknowledge the situation to some extent and is most likely not going to let this sort of thing happen again. If you were CEO what would you do? Would you wish IBM and BAYER to stop existing in light of their past transgressions? Bashing Soebok for joining a company that has acknowledged its wrongdoing is simply lol. Plus you have no idea what other sites have done in the past or present
