Jen Tilly admits herself that the hand (with PA) wasn't played that well, but I liked her quote on the PokerCast. She was new to poker and said, well, people don't make fun of someone older like "ha ha, you fell on your face when you were a baby, you didn't know how to walk, lol". It's true. I'm sure everyone here can think of big hands they butchered badly at some point in their past.
Jen Tilly is a super sweet person, and rolls with the punches - huge amounts of hate the 2p2 community and she still does a 2+2 interview. Props to her.

In general, I agree with you, there have been times in the past where I've played way too scared. However, that PAD was almost 2 years after Jen Tilly won the ladies event at WSOP. I'm not sure if that counts as being "new to poker."

Jen Tilly is the absolute best - she knows she's not a world class player but despite being the wealthiest person at almost every table she plays at she is nonetheless one of the nicest, and having played in tournies with her at least 5 times, I can vouch for the fact that she's always the first to order a cocktail. If only all chicks were like that one.

there's nothing about my statement that implies she doesn't sometimes cash but not win. the outflows still are more than the inflows. you can figure it out.
and it's not true that every post of mine is a flame, but even if that were true there wouldn't be any problem with that.
