heres pretty much what you need to know about jason---

he improved from some random midstakes grinder to a pretty damn good hu nl player. nevertheless he is not in the same category of jungleman/kanu/etc and truly doesnt even play that high (prob caps out at 25/50nl or really soft 50/100 games). after luckboxing a tournament (and again its a tournament) his head is probably 50x the size it should be but he probably paid for coaching and put a lot of time into hu nl because he was never really that special. unfortunately jason got good @ hunl a little to late. people are either making their $$ in live games or putting in massive volume online or playing plo.

jason wants attention and validation because afaik he doesnt do any of the things above that well. he seeks attention and does it thru social mediums such as twitter and making angry posts on 2p2. people posted pictures of him, its some random asian kid and its nothing against him its just sad that his online profile is so pathetic. Dwan may be 'overrated' (but he was indisputably ahead of his time) and I could understand if someone whos reached a higher peak like kanu was calling him out (but hes not) but you are pretty far down on the social ladder of hunl. So while I have no doubt you could probably beat a rusty dwan at hunl I think you are a tool and someone who can benefit from being humbled. if dwan personally did something to you by all means, but stop being a little bitch.

this same fat kid probably has more money than 90% of people posting in this thread. within that 90%, lots of durrrr fanboys lol

I haven't read the entire thread, but wanna make a couple of comments.

The question's not really about is Dwan a top HUNL player anymore, because it seems like he clearly isn't. But obviously that's to be expected since he hasn't played the game in years.
It's more about could he become one of the top players again if he put in the time? The answer is probably yes, but we'll probably never know since there's no reason for Dwan to get back into it. He left at the right time.
Like what was already said, Jason Mo got good at HUNL too late and he's bitter about it. He thinks to himself "Man if I was playing at the same time as Durrrr I'd be as successful as he is." That's all there seems to be to it.
