A basic misunderstanding, and adding 'lol' doesn't make it more true or funny, just more moronic.
It's against T&C to use hand histories of hands you weren't involved in to analyze or profile future opponents. The guy posting the HH doesn't violate anything, only the one reading it with the intention to play one of the players involved.

It would be wrong obv. If you weren't involved you shouldn't have the data imo.

Fulltilt obv seen a problem with this as well.
No fulltilt does NOT have a problem with this. FTP punished one person (Brian Townsend) for one thing (downloading Hand Histories from a website).

They did not, and please try to remember this since you continually try to portray it as being more complicated then it is, they DID NOT punish CTS or Stinger for discussing hands because it is not illegal!

also, one of ftps T&C (that you find so important) is that their rules are interpreted at their discretion. i think you are breaking their T&Cs by questioning their ruling. therefore you are a cheater.

effuluck is a cheater! rawrrr!

Re: **** January High Stakes Thread ****

i dont think that sharing data and hand histories should be considered cheating. whats the difference between studying hand histories and watching the guy play? its pretty much the same.

Re: **** January High Stakes Thread ****

I don't WTF happened to this thread?!!! I used to log on and read pages of hand histories with all the great players. Now we have durr, pa, ivey, Cole south, bt all playing every day.
Last night on 1 2-4k 7 game avg pot was 37k and there wasn't one pot hh shown here. Since when is 40k pots not post worthy?
All of a sudden there are more people arguing than actual poker. I play every night and those hands were useful to me but whether effuluck or whomever thinks cr's is cheating and whether this guys relevant makes me wonder where it all went wrong in the last month?
