South is most likely using some custom developed software which reads the table automatically and gives live advice about his hand's equity vs misc ranges.

It would be easy enough to do for him (and Hastings and Townsend, for that matter) from their employment of and access to SW engineers in the Cardrunners team.

I haven't poured over the Full Tilt Terms & Conditions, but parts of such software wouldn't be unlikely to be against the ToS. Live Nash equilibrium calculators are forbidden, at least on Stars, and PLO-assistant software like this would be quite similar in spirit.

when did implying cheating or unscrupulous play become ok? Have some type of proof before you start spouting that trash around here. Completely ridiculous... Cole is probably top 5 in hard working online pros and it shows. It is not unthinkable for him to have some basic range equities memorized. All those CR guys are getting undue accusations that are completely uncalled for. imo what they did to Isil was completely ethical as well.
