No but when PH berated TD for putting the bad beat on him at the NBC heads up championship, TD said it was a standard play and he'd play heads up for cash anytime. PH has been refusing, saying he has nothing to gain from it but the money. I'm pretty sure that if he agreed to play, it would play out pretty much like this.
