Its in the hands of NV Gaming now, good chance their legal team will not allow them to answer this question until a ruling from NV Gaming occurs. Remember, your dealing with corporations with multiple layers of compliance concerns....it is what it is, at least we know that Iovation was dropped, thats the important thing. And as I said earlier, a replacement may not be necessary - it was an optional service that acted as an extra layer of fraud protection (and a service which barely works at that).

Perhaps you should find out who I am before you make the claim of shilling? I am part of the executive management team at PokerTracker, which does not support Ultimate Poker at this time therefore I have no financial incentive to shill for UP. Prior to PokerTracker I was part of the management team on this forum. The future of online poker in the USA is my only priority, to secure our future its important to help people know the truth and dispel the rumors. I do speak with Nevada gaming lawyers fairly regularly, and I sometimes sit in on Nevada Gaming Commission hearings - hence my knowledge about the business of this topic. Additionally I have worked to help Eleven Grover on his upcoming documentary on Ultimate Bet, so there is a fair chance that I know much more about Iovation, what they really do (and don't do), and how easy it is to drop Iovation from the CAMs package as Ultimate Poker did that you might have assumed. Because I am in the online poker business, I have met with various reps at CAMs - which is how I learned that nearly every other major online poker company uses Iovation services, that list includes Full Tilt prior to the PokerStars takeover and Party Poker. So even though Ultimate Poker dropped Iovation, this doesn't solve the problem... Iovation still has it's hands in our industry, and it makes me sad that nobody has been up in arms about the other companies using Iovation yet Ultimate Poker gets all of the blame even though they did the right thing by dropping them as soon as they learned about Iovation's past history.

PS: An apology would be nice, but it's ok, I don't expect one.

PPS: If you want proof just contact Nevada Gaming, they can confirm that Iovation is gone from Ultimate Poker's offerings. Proof has been available for some time now...

I'm surprised that Iovation is still in business, not under some sort of investigation and still providing security technology to many large financial services companies.

if you haven't watched the doc you should. As I found out after watching it, the god mode cheating scandal is just part of the story and maybe the smaller part.
