It's pretty much a database of deadbeat players, they all network/share the information, so if you chargeback on site A, site B will know because they see you in the ieSnare system.

This situation is outrageous.

well I know Iovations would pass on personal info to friends and other players all the time. On the files I uploaded two of them are of full length recordings of Russ,Dan,Greg,Sandy talking about how to get out of the mess they made if there is anything else i can help with just ask.

There is a lot of junk in that dropbox that Tmakar posted, but the "meeting.avi" file is so damning and so ridiculous (the part where Russ talks about how much tax he paid on his cheating winnings for instant)... Wow.

Has this ever been posted anywhere before? If so why haven't I heard about it, if not, why haven't you posted it till now?

And more relevant for this thread was the email from Pierson to Makar asking for Russ's AIM details because he had pissed him off and wanted revenge.

That and Greg emailing the godmode programs around with instructions on how to install it. That is a smoking gun that he was involved in the updating of the tool in response to software updates from UB.

there is so much data to go through some of the so called junk is what paul legget and russ paid zolton off to not release there are terabytes of data so it takes time to look through it all other files show ub paying back customers then taking it back and putting it in there own pockets after the customer never logged back in to collect there refund

Tape notes; Travis released some tiny snippets two years ago that caused Druff and Micon to run off with inaccurate understanding. Then he released longer cutz earlier this year, which still didn't provide proper context. Now, its awesome we finally get to hear the CEO running a damage control meeting while Russ is playing rope-a-dope and Friedberg tries to seem like he is at the same time a dispassionate lawyer who didn't actually make a fortune off this thing.

We needed to hear this two years ago to prosecute and/or sue, I guess if it at least keeps Greg out of legal poker that's a thing. There is some terrifically funny crap on here though. Russ and Trambo played a lot of sessions together but on the tape he is asking if Fosco is a woman cuz his account was registered to his moms, lol.

I have to say, this is gonna help the film a ton though I have some more rewrites to do now.

Anyone have any pointers about where Leggett discusses damage control over this? We are all here to try and get Iovation out of the business but Leggett is another potential future issue. Who is the one closest to mic? It's hard to follow without knowing the setup.

Who is this in the tape in the 14-20 min range giving all of the numbers? The guy that only took $2 million from the IPO and upset about all of the cheaters screwing everyone?

What about the thousands of players who are signing up to UP and are unaware of any of this information? How do they get "notified" about Iovation/Pierson connection to UP and his past with Hamilton UB?

I am thankful for 2+2's posts and info on online poker scams. Just wow at all of this.

the people in the meeting are Russ Greg Dan And Sandy greg mostly took ub resources to start iovation dan was gregs lawyer and sandy was russ's friend/lawyer i think it is dan saying he only took a few mill

do we know the date of this meeting?

also, can we get the other files hosted somewhere where they won't get shut down because of all the traffic?

Paul (Leggett I assume) is mentioned a bunch about how he is trying to do damage control but you are confirming he is not actually at this meeting?
