Maybe live main event in the middle and lots of online side events that you can play from the seats?
Renting a stadium for a poker tournament is interesting just because you can advertise that you don't need multiple day 1s/2s and can easily run side events. And cooler than a conference room at some Radisson. I like.

Wembley stadium has a retractable roof. It doesn't go the whole way but far enough that it wouldn't be a problem.
