-Online gambling is likely to see major expansion, soon.
-States are using recent DOJ opinion that only Internet sports betting should be banned to ramp-up online gambling in general.
-State-by-state approaches will lead to a "race to the bottom."
-Federal controls are needed.
-UIGEA Act of 2012 should be passed.
-Congress is consumed with other issues (duh).
-Failure to address online gambling at Federal level is something we can't afford.
