I didn't have any $$$ on FTP but I do feel for everyone who does and still hope everyone gets it back, why do you miss FTP (other then funds)
- The software , was the best
- the avatars and avatar expressions
- the beggers (lol)
- the final tables, made so many of them and the fact that they are so tense and make every final table decision count
- getting a tourney win made me feel good as skill will get you first more then luck unlike stars where traffic is so high you literally have to be lucky to get first place
- the way the pros chatted with you (Melanie weisner and Annette)
Melanie always made the "O" face when I asked her
- watching the pros play with hundreds of thousands and so many fans and haters commenting
- the poker friends you got to know by their username
I guess my point is, I miss fulltilt poker, even tho ray bitar is the a hole and messed everything up, if we can back online with FTP the best thing the. We owner can do is put a video on the home page saying everything will be alright, I really believe even tho players say they will never come back but they will, they will come back and traffic will skyrocket because everything was perfect on fulltilt poker before black Friday.

Yep everything was perfect on FT.

Especially the part about you crushing final tables, yet not having any money in your account.

FTP can kiss off. I tried to deposit with them when I first started and they gave me hell about some security issue involving my checking account. Opened an account with Stars the same day with zero hassle and am ever so glad I stuck with them.

PS no custom avatar sucks anyway.

Have you ever heard of withdrawl? Plus I'm not afraid to admit the tourney wins were not really that big, I only had about $4.5 tourney cashes on FTP in the year I played there

That was truly touching OP. I miss everything, the software, the beggars, chatting with Melanie and fatty Annette , railing the nosebleeds after a long session, the poker friends, and even the bad beats.

I wish I appreciated it more and realized how frail it was when we had it.

Meh, I don't get why everyone goes on and on about Full Tilt software... what did FT software do that Stars didn't again? They had one game offering stars didn't (rush), and that's about it.

how about it didn't want to give you a seizure or want to make you gouge your eyes out looking at the tournament lobby. It also had a nice tournament chop feature.

Stars has too much tournament traffic.

i believe players also saw more hands/hour on FTP than stars. this was definitely the case for a while, but it's possible that stars put out an update that changed things at some point.

I agree, I loved the layout of the tournament lobby. Nothing measures to the FTP NOTHING. I hope when online poker gets regulated there will be great software sites to choose from with similar layouts to FTP.

pokerstars seemed like original playstation while ftp was xbox 360. it just looked and felt like total butt hole.

could you set up pokerstars so that you are sitting in the center of the screen at all times? multitabling is a bitch otherwise. ftp did.

While I've come to appreciate the rakeback & support Stars offers, FTP software was hands down the best in the industry

I miss it. Tried Bodog and almost puked, only could stomach one sit'n go and one tourney.

The software was perfect, everything else kinda sucked, or really sucked.

Have played on pacific poker since FTP shut down, it's pretty good once you get used to it but ****ty tournaments, cash game layout is ok, but when ft comes back online you can bet to see me there

loved railing all the high stakes games....plus ftp was where isildur1 became a legend. november 2009 alone made ftp the place to be.

I hated FTP software at first. WTF is with the cartoon avatars? I missed pokerstars so much but I wanted rakeback as a low volume player. I grew to like ftp's software and now I miss it. Funny how that works.
